Supplier Portal Homepage | Key Insights and Tasks at a Glance
- Navigation: Updated menu labels make navigation more intuitive. 'Inbox' and 'outbox' are replaced with 'orders' and 'invoices'.
- Overview Bar and Tiles: Each tile shows a filtered view of your documents and takes you directly to the workbench.
- Widgets: Each widget shows you insights related to your business on the network, so you can take action and be even more responsive to your customers.
Transaction Workbench | Custom view just for you
- Default Tiles: The workbench has several default tiles, like orders and invoices. Personalize your default tiles with filters and views based on your key tasks.
- Custom Tiles: In addition to the default tiles, you can personalize the workbench by adding your own variant of a tile and rearranging the display order of the tiles in the workbench.
What if I can’t find what I’m looking for in the new supplier portal and workbench?
If needed, you can revert back to the old portal by clicking “Back to Classic View,” which can be found on the top navigation bar or within your user settings.
How do I provide feedback?
To provide feedback about the new supplier portal and workbench, click on the 'Feedback' tab on the right hand side of the home page or portal. If you have support-related inquiries, click on the help icon in the top navigation bar.
